The person behind FitStart
Marco Muscarello – Founder of FitStart Group
I have been leading teams and supporting people through change for over 15 years. I started out in customer service, where I took on the leadership of my first teams early on. Later, at an international trading company, I was responsible for areas such as reporting, data analysis and business services, most recently as deputy division manager. Today, I am a member of the executive management team, where I oversee operations.
My path has not always been straightforward. I started out as a qualified chef and continued my education, earning a VSH Office Administration Diploma and eventually a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Management. So I know from personal experience what it feels like to start over and not know exactly where to begin.
That is exactly how FitStart came about: a place where people can understand their situation, make conscious decisions and move forward with clarity.
